REFUND POLICY

Refunds: 

  •  Refunds are issued for the original purchase amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • No refunds issued to grips that have been altered from the original configuration

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your refund. Please note that shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:  

  • Damaged Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Also, the returns require photos or videos as proof of damage. 

  • Refunds are processed through the dispute resolution process and may be issued as either a full refund or a replacement. (Depending on the interpretation)

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria. 

Exchanges:  

  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value. If the items are purchased during promotions, incorrect addresses, or buyer's remorse, they aren't eligible for return or exchange.  

  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • Exchange items must be in their original condition.
